How do I put a Carriage Return Above a Table at the Top of a Page?

If the table is at the top of the first page, and you want a blank line above it, just click in the upper left cell of that table and press  ↵ Enter .

If the table is at the top of another page, click at the end of the previous page and press  ↵ Enter .
