How do I insert a page number of the form 'Page 1 of N'?
- Click in the footer or header area of the document.
- Type the text "Page ".
- Select Insert → Fields → Page Number from the pull down menus to insert the page number field.
- Type the text "of ".
- Select Insert → Fields → Page Count from the pull down menus to insert the page total field.
The page number should appear in the footer or header of every page.
