Does OpenOffice.org has digital signed installation set for Windows Vista?
Yes, the installation sets are digitally signed. This is the case since OpenOffice.org 3.
OpenOffice.org 2.x releases are not signed and it is not planned to sign them. Nether the less OpenOffice.org 2.x works on Microsoft Vista without any problems.
