Yes, the installation sets are digitally signed. This is the case since OpenOffice.org 3.  
Due to the changes in the build infrastructure, It is not planned to have digital signed installation sets for OpenOffice.org 2.X.

Yes, the installation sets are digitally signed. This is the case since OpenOffice.org 3.

OpenOffice.org 2.x releases are not signed and it is not planned to sign them. Nether the less OpenOffice.org 2.x works on Microsoft Vista without any problems.
