Where can I download more templates, Minimizer, Presenter, and more?
Browse to the extension web site at http://extensions.services.openoffice.org/ and optionally click the tag cloud to find more templates.
Look out for the Sun Presentation Minimizer that can save a lot of file space by compressing presentation files.
If you run presentations on two independent screens, you will definitely need the Sun Presenter Console.
