Frequently, we have a lot of slides in the presentation.

But on different occasions, we need to select some of them to show

in an proper order. Here is a tip for you to customize your show accordingly.

  • Select Slide ShowCustom Slide

    Shows. Custom Slide Showsdialog box

  • In this dialog box, click New.... Define Custom Slide Show dialog box opens.

  • In Name field, type a name for the custom show. Select target slides from Existing slides list. Of the two buttons between Existing slides list and Selected slides list, click the upper one to add target slides to Selected slides list. Then click OK.
  • In Custom Slide Shows dialog box, select Use Custom Slide Show. Then click Start.
