It is a very developer oriented conference and most of the well known open source projects take the opportunity to present their projects, talk about it, and very important to meet each other.
OpenOffice.org was present the first time in 2007, and was represented by Eric Bachard and Michael Meeks. See FOSDEM 2007
In 2008, We had a develop room and a small booth in front of the devroom. It was a good event and we will continue to be present there in the future as well.
