      1. Louis and Matthias work on the elections
      2. aim: elections conceived for early September

      3. Louis: contacting Seneca to organise support for them

   1. On 2009-05-28 we dicided to vote for a council coordinator in 4 months, for the time from February 2010 - May 2010.
