The early-December meeting of 06 Dec. left numerous thing unsettled. The agenda remains substantially as it was then. New items may be freely added.

• status of criteria for certification
• adding nonvoting members
• trademark
• Fosdem 2008 funding

at project leads List, LSP suggested to assign travel funds for fosdem 2008

Eric Bachard asked for funding (in case his presentation is accepted). Cost for travel and will lodging be around 300 EUR (400 if booked short before the event)

• new mission statement

• New: new elections for project_lead members
