Intro

The scope of this project is to create a common certification program for OpenOffice.org. The object is to certify support companies (professional educators, owners of education centers, certification organizations, etc.), not users nor programmers directly, at least in the first steps.

OOo will develop appropriate, accurate criteria and will approve the organizations meeting these criteria.
