Intro

The scope of this project is to create a common certification program for OpenOffice.org. The point is on certifying support companies (professional educators,owners of education centers, certification organizations, etc), not users directly and not programmers in the first steps.

OOo will develop appropriate and accurate criteria and approve the organizations meeting these criteria.
