Cosa testare?
Scopo di questa sessione è controllare la localizzazione corretta di alcune parti dell'interfaccia e della guida utente.
Dove si trova la versione da controllare?
- Windows: Installazione .EXE (Attenzione: si installa come se fosse una RC, controllare http://it.openoffice.org/qa/#multiple per sapere come preservare la versione di OOo che state usando).
- Linux (RPM senza JRE): Installazione .tar.gz (Attenzione: si installa come se fosse una RC, controllare http://it.openoffice.org/qa/#multiple per sapere come preservare la versione di OOo che state usando).
Per un sistema basato su RPM vi basterà dare i comandi (da root):
# tar zxvf OOo_2.3.0_070804_LinuxIntel_install_it.tar.gz # cd it/RPMS/ # mkdir -p /opt/ooo-localisation21/.rpm # rpm -ivh --dbpath /opt/ooo-localisation21/.rpm --nodeps --prefix /opt/ooo-localisation21 openoffice*.rpm # /opt/ooo-localisation21/program/soffice (AP: a me l'ultimo comando produce l'errore "no suitable windowing system found, exiting."; se lo dà anche a voi segnalatelo, va controllato).
Come si svolgono i test?
Trovate qui sotto quale area vi è stata asegnata (di solito ci si riferisce a funzionalità nuove previste nella 2.3). Poi controllate i dialoghi e l' aiuto di quelle funzionalità (cioè, premete "?" nelle finestre che appaiono e controllate che sia tutto sensato); ci possono ancora essere bug nel software, perché l'implementazione è incompleta. Non è un problema in questi test.
Cosa fare al termine dei test?
Scrivete a qa at it.openoffice.org e dite come sono andati i test, sia dell'interfaccia sia della relativa guida utente.
