The Zotero-OpenOffice plugin was Modified by Ian Laurenson under contract to the University of Southern Queensland for OOo Writer.
The macros integrate Microsoft Word (MSWD) or OpenOffice.org (OOo) with Zotero - a Firefox bibliographic extension.
The extension is available from the Zotero site.
The code is written in Python. Details about the coding and packing of OpenOffice extensions is available from the Extensions Wiki pages.
Issues
- Support: The developer of the Zotero-OpenOffice extension/plug-in is no longer able to support the code. We urgently need a volunteer to take this important work on.
- We would like to move the promotion and support of the Zotero Plugin to the Extensions repository site. But we can not do so untill we have a code maintainer!
- There are some improvements in both fields and extension support coming soon in OOo. More at:
