Access 07 changed the db format -> if you want to connect such a db file (.accdb) with oo, you have to download and install the [http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7554F536-8C28-4598-9B72-EF94E038C891&displaylang=en M$ Access Database Engine].
