How to structure articles by OS-version
I'm not sure how to divide platform content into FAQ files. Some issues are specific to a version of an operating system (OOo handles Java differently on Mac OS X 10.5 than 10.4) while some are generic to a family of operating systems (OOo looks different from other Mac apps on all versions of Mac OS X because it uses X11 instead of Apple's built-in UI toolkit, Aqua). Right now I'm establishing a pattern of one file for each OS Version. We might want to add one "family-generic" article for each OS family, to contain the material that's common to all versions.
