Opposed to last year, OpenOffice.org was rejected by Google and will not participate in Google Summer of Code(tm) 2008.
If you are looking for an opportunity to work on OpenOffice.org and would like to take the chance to be rewarded consider joining the Community Innovation Program. The Summer_of_Code_2008/proposals have been superseded by Community_Innovation_Program/proposals.
