Notes2 Comments

Introduction
Using the implementation of the new "notes2" notes, comments, which always refer to a tracked change (Edit-Changes-Comments) will be shown as well inside the margin, keeping the look & feel of notes. All available features from notes will be available in comments as well.
Open Questions
- use only "Delete Comment" or Delete All COmments" etc. as well
- "View" - "Notes" will show/hide comments and notes. Should this be renamed to e.g. "Sidebar"?
- or should comments be renamed to e.g. "Change notes"?
