Controlling Printing

For additional printing controls, use the Print dialog (File → Print or  Ctrl  +  P ).

The Print dialog has four tabs. From these, you can choose a range of options, as described in the following sections.

The options selected on the Print dialog apply to this printing of the current document only. To specify default printing settings for OpenOffice, go to Tools → Options → OpenOffice – Print and Tools → Options → OpenOffice Calc – Print. See Chapter 14 (Setting Up and Customizing Calc) for details.
