This side gives you some hints for the automatic testing with the Testtool.
Testing the Mozilla Address book
tested by the tests base/level1/datasources/b_lvl1_Addressbook.bas
Requirements for running this test.
- You need a working mozilla (not firefox nor thunderbird) browser.
- The browser needs a working address book.
- download this file addressbook_1000.ldif
- import this address book file with the import function of the mozilla address book
- close mozilla and office.
- now you can successful run the automatic test.
Testing the Windows Address book
tested by the tests base/level1/datasources/b_lvl1_Addressbook.bas
Requirements for running this test.
- You need any windows address book
- To create a windows address book go to START / ALL PROGRAMS / ACCESSORIES / ADDRESS BOOK
- insert a new contact. The content of the contact is unimportant.
- now you can successful run the automatic test.
