Creating and deleting page breaks

In spreadsheets, you can create and delete page breaks.

You can delete only the user-defined page breaks, not the automatic page breaks created by the application. If you are in the Page Break Preview view, you can also create and delete page breaks by right-clicking

the cells where you want a row break or a column break.

• To create page breaks, select a cell and do one of the following:
  • Click Insert > Manual Break > Row Break or Insert > Manual Break > Column Break from the main menu.
  • If you are creating subtotals, click Data > Subtotals, click the Options tab, and then select Page break between groups.
    
• To delete page breaks, click Edit > Delete Manual Break > Row Break or Edit > Delete Manual Break > Column Break from the main menu.
