User Data Options

Impress uses the first and last name stored in the User Data page to fill in the Created by and Modified by fields in the document properties, the optional Author field often in the footer of a presentation, and the name associated with comments. You will want to ensure that your name appears there. To do this:

1. In the Options dialog, click OpenOffice → User Data.
2. Fill in the form or delete any existing incorrect information.
