Identification of Built Code

At the very end of the Windows build information, under * Install > 3. Unpack archive without installation > * Start AOO by running:

the illustration is with AOO 4.0.1.

I assume what is meant is whatever the source is for, if building from an SVN tag or a Source release archive.
