The problem was described here: Issue 105133. As it was investigated after code analysis transformations were made two times. The first time when we multiply object points coordinates by transformation matrix in b2dpoint.cxx and the second time in drawtreevisiting.cxx. It caused that every object was rotated two times. The change in code removed the not required transformation in drawtreevisiting.cxx.
