OOo Help Outline

The outline of existing OpenOffice.org user resources is currently under its second migration, this time from [1] to [2], to open its accessibility as much as possible to the OpenOffice.org community, so that all may help to keep it current and reliable. This migration is work in process, so flaws may exist.

Note: I'm struggling with the long link with Hebrew characters under the Books section. I'm going to save it as is for now, with plans to return to it. If you can fix it, please do! Maybe it's a character coding issue; perhaps my text editor altered it, as my cursor is not acting normally in that set of characters.
