Meaning
A Languagepack is a type of add-on for OpenOffice.org to get more languages integrated in an installed Office. One Languagepack includes the translation for one language (UI and Online Help) and the spell checking libraries (since OOo 3.2).
Localation
Languagepacks can be downloaded at the download center of OOo => http://download.openoffice.org/langpack.html
