Mac OS X Build Requirements

Make sure that your system meets the following build requirements.

Hardware Requirements

  • 1 or more reasonable fast CPUs, x-way CPU's recommended.
  • 1 GB Ram ( 2 GB recommended )
  • 10 GB free disk space

Software Requirements

  • minimum version is Mac OS X 10.4 (aka Tiger)
  • C/C++ Compiler OpenOffice.org has been successfully built with XCode 2.4.1, older versions are deprecated.
