  • version 0.1 / 2008 - Initial draft

Objective

Every major change to OpenOffice.org (the program or project specific tasks and procedures) must be appropriately documented. Implementing major changes or implementing new features to OOo (the program) needs to be documented by writing a specification.

Procedure

Specifications can be written:

  • as a Text-Document using a specific Template
  • as a wiki page: WHERE?

After writing the specification, this is passed to: WHOM? and posted WHERE?.

Users

  • anyone implementing major changes to OOo (the program)
  • anyone implementing new features to OOo (the program)
