So how do I join the team?
You only need to commit to one 2 week sprint at a time. The Team is open to both hobbyist and professional developers of any alignment. Here is a short checklist:
- Look at your calendar and find a 2 week period where you can commit at least 30 hours (15h per week) of work
- You need to attend at least one daily Scrum each working day. Attending daily Scrums is vital.. The meetings usually take less than ten minutes. If you feel you can't attend, this process is probably not for you.
- Optional: Attend the Sprint Planning and Sprint Review meetings
Those who are part of the team are called pigs, everyone else is a chicken: Pigs and Chickens.
