In documents, you can insert lines and tables quickly by just typing several characters or symbols.
To insert lines, you have the following options:
Type hyphen
-
three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
Type underscore three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
Type asterisk
*
three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
Type equal sign
=
three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
Type pound sign
#
three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
Type Tilde
~
three times and then press Enter to insert a line like below:
To insert a table, type at least two plus signs or vertical bars:
Type two plus signs
++
and then press Enter to insert a table like this:
Type three plus signs
+++
and then press Enter to insert a table like this:
Type four plus signs
++++
and then press Enter to insert a table like this:
Type two vertical bars

and then press Enter to insert a table like this:
