Redondea un número positivo hacia arriba y un número negativo hacia abajo hasta el entero par más próximo.

REDONDEAR.PAR(Número)

Donde Número es el valor que se desea redondear.

REDONDEAR.PAR(2.4)

Devuelve 4, ya que redondea al entero par más próximo.
